We will let you know when your job has been posted, all jobs are shipping from Brookvale in Sydney, so if you are in the express post zone you should receive the next day, if you do not please contact us right away so it can be tracked.

When you receive your job if will have protective paper on it to hide the burn marks, this paper will need to be removed, it’s best removed shortly after you receive your job, especially if it’s an raw woods as the paper can start to stick more and more causing some materials to splinter.
When removing the paper, peal it with the grain of the wood (usually horizontally on the piece) if you peal it back keeping it close to the sheet it also removes much better.
