24 hour turn around – t&C’s
Our 24 hour turn around is a guide only and only applies to our cutting days (Monday-Thursday). While we aim to get all jobs done within this time frame, some jobs may take longer or be quicker depending on which day you send it through or the size of your project. If you need something by the end of the week, don’t leave it until Thursday, send it early so we can guarantee you get it in time. Usually jobs submitted by Wednesday are delivered the same week.
We aim to get your job out the door 24 hours from payment being made, so if you make payment on a Tuesday your job will ship Wednesday. Jobs received Thursdays sometimes don’t ship until Mondays.
If you need your job quicker we also do our best to meet your deadline. We don’t charge rush fees.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed through www.onlinelasercutting.com.au will be shipped when ready using Australia Post express post (express post delivery with tracking) or courier for larger/heavier jobs.
Ordering
We do not take responsibility for pieces that have cut wrong or were not as you expected because there was a fault in the file or design. Please be aware that pieces that are detailed and/or cut out of wood will be fragile and should be designed accordingly. We take no responsibility for pieces that break when you wear or use them, this all needs to be taken into account when you design your product and if unsure please order a sample first.
Returns & Replacements
There are no returns on laser cut goods. We don’t replace goods because they didn’t turn out as you hoped, because you’re not happy with the material or because their was a design problem with your drawings – however if pieces arrive broken in the post we will be happy to supply you with a new one, just contact us to request a replacement.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All quotes are valid for 2 weeks only, all pricing is not negotiable. All orders must be paid for before the goods are dispatched, we do not offer accounts.
Intellectual Property
All designs remain copyright of you, the submitter, Online Laser Cutting takes no interest in or responsibility for designs submitted to us. We will not display or distribute your designs to any third party at all, EVER. We understand copyright and would not breach your copyright on the designs you submit.
Privacy & Security
We only collect personal information where it is necessary for business purposes and we will not share any of the personal information you care to share with us with anyone else without prior consent. We do however reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by Australian law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
