OLC – Turn Around Times
We aim to get your job out the door 24 hours from payment being made, so if you make payment on a Tuesday your job will ship Wednesday.
While we try to get all jobs completed within 24 (business) hours of payment, some jobs may take longer or be quicker depending on which day you send it through or the size of your project – Large time intensive jobs, signage and other things that need to be finished tend to take a little longer.
Our 24 hour turn around is a goal we always work towards, but not a guarantee and applies to our cutting days Monday-Thursday (we don’t cut Fridays). So if you need something by the end of the week, don’t leave it till Thursday but send it to us by Tuesday so we have time to quote and invoice and still deliver by Friday!
If you need your job even quicker we also do our best to meet your deadline. We don’t charge rush fees.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Online Laser Cutting jobs are sent out by express post mail or courier (unless otherwise arranged). We will let you know when your job has been posted/couriered. All jobs ship from our factory in Alexandria, Sydney, so if you are in the express post zone you should receive it the next day, if you do not please contact us right away so it can be tracked down.
We only send up to 500 x 300m in an express post satchel, anything larger we send by courier as it is quicker and cheaper.
We prefer to use express post, it has tracking and gives Australia Post less chance of loosing it. We try to fit jobs in most cases into pre-paid express post satchels. Then it’s a flat rate all around Australia! If your job does not fit into one of these pre-paid satchels we will work out the best way to get the package to you based on it’s final weight and size.
