Shipping & Delivery

All Online Laser Cutting jobs are sent out by express post mail or courier (unless otherwise arranged). We will let you know when your job has been posted/couriered. All jobs ship from our factory in Brookvale, Sydney, so if you are in the express post zone you should receive it the next day, if you do not please contact us right away so it can be tracked down.

We only send up to 500 x 300m in an express post satchel, anything larger we send by courier as it is quicker and cheaper.

We prefer to use express post, it has tracking and gives Australia Post less chance of loosing it. We try to fit jobs in most cases into pre-paid express post satchels. Then it’s a flat rate all around Australia! If your job does not fit into one of these pre-paid satchels we will work out the best way to get the package to you based on it’s final weight and size.
