We’ve created this website for you so that you’ll have all the tools you need to create that fantastic laser cut piece you’ve been dreaming about.

Please read through all the info on our site so you can get a good idea of how we work and how we can help you out. We have tried to answer each and every question and more!

Design your File using a vector drawing program

Start by creating a file of your design as a vector file – it needs to be a vector file for the laser cutter to be able to recognise it. Have a look at our file setup pages to learn all about setting up your file to work properly with the laser. You’ll also find a handy illustrator template you can download as a guide.

If you only have a jpg file and are unable to create a vector file we may still be able to convert the file for you – we sometimes work with the illustrator auto trace tool on black and white line drawings, we charge a fee for re-drawing and converting files so checkout this page and see if your file can be used.

Upload your file using our QUOTE REQUEST FORM

Once you have your vector file ready for laser cutting please fill out the quote request form so we can give you a price. The more information you can give us the faster our quoting process can be.

We’ll get back to you with any questions we may have and if it all seems straight forward then we will send through the cost to produce your item.

Pricing is based on the time in takes to cut + the material. Each job will be different so please contact us (with your vector file) for a quote.

Approve quote & PAYMENT

If you’re happy with the quote we’ve given you we’ll invoice you for the job, we accept payment by bank deposit, paypal, and credit card, details will be on the invoice. All jobs must be paid for before production begins.

We cut your file and deliver by post

DONE! Once they are done we will ship your order, then you just have to wait for Mr Postman (or sometimes courier) to deliver them. We can usually laser cut your job within 24hrs of receiving payment and express post it so you receive it the next day. Woohoo!

We ship within Australia by Express Post or courier and internationally via Australia Post Airmail.
